Blue Lineage is intended to establish the concept of blues, R&B, rock, funk and hip-hop as a music and cultural lineage. To recognize those who contributed to its evolution and transformation into the sounds we hear today. It is a place where the tale of the American music industry and the innovators of modern music meet to tell a story that often goes unheard. Blue Lineage brings the genres together to tell a complete story of Black American music from beginning to end.
